四、CQ-1型防水卷材可溶物含量萃取裝置使用方法:

1、 萃(cui)取前應先將固體(ti)物質研磨(mo)細,以增加液體(ti)浸溶(rong)的(de)面積。然后(hou)將固體(ti)物質放在濾紙套(tao)內,放置于(yu)萃(cui)取室中(zhong)。當溶(rong)劑加熱沸騰后(hou),蒸汽通過導氣管上升,被(bei)冷凝(ning)為(wei)液體(ti)滴(di)入提取器中(zhong)。當液面超過虹吸(xi)管最高處時,即發生虹吸(xi)現象,溶(rong)劑回流入燒(shao)瓶,因此(ci)可(ke)(ke)萃(cui)取出溶(rong)于(yu)溶(rong)劑的(de)部(bu)分物質。就這樣利(li)用溶(rong)劑回流和虹吸(xi)作(zuo)用,使固體(ti)中(zhong)的(de)可(ke)(ke)溶(rong)物富集(ji)到燒(shao)瓶內。

2、 提(ti)取時,將待測樣品(pin)包在脫脂(zhi)濾(lv)紙包內(nei),放入萃取管(guan)(guan)內(nei)。萃取瓶內(nei)加(jia)入石油醚,加(jia)熱萃取瓶,石油醚氣化,由連接(jie)管(guan)(guan)上升進入冷凝器(qi),凝成液(ye)體(ti)滴入萃取管(guan)(guan)內(nei)。浸(jin)提(ti)樣品(pin)中的脂(zhi)類物質。待萃取管(guan)(guan)內(nei)石油醚液(ye)面達到一定高度,溶有樣品(pin) 的石油醚經虹吸(xi)管(guan)(guan)流入提(ti)取瓶。流入萃取瓶內(nei)的石油醚繼續被加(jia)熱氣化、上升、冷凝,滴入提(ti)取管(guan)(guan)內(nei),如此循環往復,直到抽(chou)提(ti)為止。

3、 把(ba)(ba)濾紙(zhi)(zhi)做成與萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)大小相應的(de)(de)(de)濾紙(zhi)(zhi)筒(tong)(tong),然后把(ba)(ba)需要(yao)提取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)(de)樣(yang)品(pin)放(fang)在(zai)濾紙(zhi)(zhi)筒(tong)(tong)內,裝(zhuang)入萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi),注(zhu)意濾紙(zhi)(zhi)筒(tong)(tong)既要(yao)緊貼器(qi)(qi)壁,又要(yao)方便(bian)(bian)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)放(fang)(濾紙(zhi)(zhi)筒(tong)(tong)上可以套一(yi)圈(quan)棉線,方便(bian)(bian)提取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)完成后取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)濾紙(zhi)(zhi)筒(tong)(tong))。被(bei)(bei)提取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)高(gao)度不能超(chao)(chao)過(guo)虹(hong)(hong)吸管(guan)(guan),否則被(bei)(bei)提取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)不能被(bei)(bei)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)充分浸泡(pao),影(ying)響提取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)效果(guo),被(bei)(bei)提取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)亦(yi)不能漏出(chu)(chu)濾紙(zhi)(zhi)筒(tong)(tong),以免堵塞虹(hong)(hong)吸管(guan)(guan),如(ru)(ru)果(guo)試樣(yang)較輕,可以用脫脂棉壓住(zhu)試樣(yang)。萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)下端與盛有溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)瓶(ping)相連,上面接回流冷凝管(guan)(guan)。用加熱套加熱萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)瓶(ping),使溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)沸騰,蒸汽通過(guo)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)支管(guan)(guan)上升,被(bei)(bei)冷凝后滴入萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)中,當溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)面超(chao)(chao)過(guo)虹(hong)(hong)吸管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)最高(gao)處時,含(han)有萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)虹(hong)(hong)吸回萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi),因而萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)一(yi)部(bu)分物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi),如(ru)(ru)此重復,使固體(ti)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)不斷為(wei)純的(de)(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)所萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、將(jiang)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)富集在(zai)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)瓶(ping)中。

4、在萃取(qu)用的(de)(de)燒瓶(ping)中加入萃取(qu)溶劑和沸(fei)石(沒(mei)有沸(fei)石可以用玻(bo)璃珠(zhu)或碎(sui)瓷片),目的(de)(de)就是防止暴沸(fei)。

5、 具體的(de)回流時間是不一(yi)樣的(de),有的(de)是提(ti)取(qu)至提(ti)取(qu)液無色。總之就是要(yao)提(ti)取(qu)。停止加熱(re),移去(qu)加熱(re)套,冷卻提(ti)取(qu)液。拆除索氏(shi)萃取(qu)器,安裝(zhuang)冷凝管進行蒸餾。

五、加熱套注意事

1、由于(yu)玻璃纖維表面涂有油脂,使用時要(yao)緩慢升(sheng)溫,見生白煙后關(guan)閉電(dian)(dian)源,煙散后在通電(dian)(dian)升(sheng)溫,反復幾次,直到通電(dian)(dian)無(wu)煙后,即可正式使用。

2、電(dian)(dian)熱套內不能進入(ru)易燃、易爆(bao)、具有腐蝕性液體或氣(qi)體。電(dian)(dian)熱套的相(xiang)對工作環境濕度不超(chao)過85%。

3、本產(chan)品一定要(yao)接地(di),存放時(shi)要(yao)干(gan)燥、切勿受(shou)潮。如有潮濕,使用時(shi)應注意有感應電(dian),不(bu)要(yao)用手觸摸,待(dai)其干(gan)燥后便可恢復其良好(hao)的絕緣(yuan)性(xing)能。
