CQ-1型500ml索氏提取(qu)(qu)(萃取(qu)(qu))器適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)固體(ti)物(wu)質中化合物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)效(xiao)萃取(qu)(qu),利用(yong)溶劑(ji)的(de)(de)(de)回流和虹吸原理,用(yong)溶劑(ji)對固體(ti)混合物(wu)中所需(xu)成(cheng)分進行反復萃取(qu)(qu),從而(er)達到目的(de)(de)(de)產物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)快速提取(qu)(qu)和富集。本萃取(qu)(qu)器適用(yong)于(yu)(yu)多(duo)樣品(pin)的(de)(de)(de)同時萃取(qu)(qu),每(mei)個加熱單元可單獨(du)調(diao)控,即(ji)可做(zuo)不同條(tiao)件的(de)(de)(de)實驗(yan),也可以做(zuo)相(xiang)同條(tiao)件的(de)(de)(de)重復實驗(yan),節省時間提高(gao)工作效(xiao)率。
一、CQ-1型500ml索氏提取(萃取)器產品概述:
可(ke)(ke)溶(rong)(rong)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取器適(shi)用于(yu)固(gu)體物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)化合(he)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)效萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取,利用溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)的(de)(de)回流(liu)和(he)虹(hong)(hong)吸原理,用溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)對固(gu)體混合(he)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)中(zhong)(zhong)所(suo)(suo)需成(cheng)分進行反復(fu)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取,從而(er)達到(dao)目(mu)的(de)(de)產物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)快速提取和(he)富集。本萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取器適(shi)用于(yu)多樣品的(de)(de)同(tong)時萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取,每個加熱單(dan)元可(ke)(ke)單(dan)獨(du)調(diao)控,即可(ke)(ke)做不同(tong)條件的(de)(de)實驗,也可(ke)(ke)以做相同(tong)條件的(de)(de)重復(fu)實驗,節(jie)省時間提高(gao)(gao)工作效率(lv)。索氏萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取器是由(you)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取瓶、萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取管、冷凝器三部分組成(cheng)。萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取管兩側分別有虹(hong)(hong)吸管和(he)連(lian)接管,各部分連(lian)接處要嚴密不能漏氣。利用溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)回流(liu)和(he)虹(hong)(hong)吸原理,使固(gu)體物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)質(zhi)每一(yi)次都能為純(chun)的(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)所(suo)(suo)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取,所(suo)(suo)以萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取效率(lv)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)。

四、CQ-1型500ml索氏提取(萃取)器使用方法:
1、 萃取(qu)前應先將固體物質(zhi)研磨細,以增加(jia)液(ye)體浸溶(rong)(rong)(rong)的面積。然后(hou)將固體物質(zhi)放在濾紙套內,放置(zhi)于(yu)萃取(qu)室(shi)中。當(dang)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)加(jia)熱沸騰后(hou),蒸汽(qi)通過導氣管上升(sheng),被(bei)冷凝為液(ye)體滴入提取(qu)器中。當(dang)液(ye)面超過虹吸(xi)(xi)管最高處時(shi),即發生虹吸(xi)(xi)現(xian)象,溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)回(hui)流入燒瓶,因(yin)此可(ke)萃取(qu)出溶(rong)(rong)(rong)于(yu)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的部分物質(zhi)。就這樣利用溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)回(hui)流和虹吸(xi)(xi)作用,使(shi)固體中的可(ke)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)物富集到燒瓶內。
2、 提(ti)取(qu)(qu)時,將待測樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)包(bao)在脫脂濾紙(zhi)包(bao)內(nei),放入(ru)(ru)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)管(guan)內(nei)。萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)瓶內(nei)加入(ru)(ru)石油醚,加熱(re)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)瓶,石油醚氣化,由連接(jie)管(guan)上升進入(ru)(ru)冷凝(ning)(ning)器,凝(ning)(ning)成液(ye)體滴入(ru)(ru)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)管(guan)內(nei)。浸提(ti)樣(yang)(yang)品(pin)中(zhong)的(de)脂類物(wu)質。待萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)管(guan)內(nei)石油醚液(ye)面達到(dao)一定高度,溶有樣(yang)(yang)品(pin) 的(de)石油醚經虹吸管(guan)流(liu)入(ru)(ru)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)瓶。流(liu)入(ru)(ru)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)瓶內(nei)的(de)石油醚繼續被(bei)加熱(re)氣化、上升、冷凝(ning)(ning),滴入(ru)(ru)提(ti)取(qu)(qu)管(guan)內(nei),如(ru)此(ci)循環往復,直到(dao)抽提(ti)為止。
3、 把(ba)濾(lv)紙(zhi)做(zuo)成與(yu)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)大小相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)濾(lv)紙(zhi)筒(tong),然后把(ba)需要提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)樣品放在(zai)濾(lv)紙(zhi)筒(tong)內(nei),裝入萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi),注意(yi)濾(lv)紙(zhi)筒(tong)既要緊貼器(qi)(qi)壁,又要方(fang)便取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)放(濾(lv)紙(zhi)筒(tong)上可以套(tao)一(yi)(yi)圈棉線,方(fang)便提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)完成后取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)濾(lv)紙(zhi)筒(tong))。被(bei)(bei)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)(wu)高(gao)度不(bu)能超過虹吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan),否則被(bei)(bei)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)(wu)不(bu)能被(bei)(bei)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)充分浸(jin)泡,影響提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)效果,被(bei)(bei)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)(wu)亦不(bu)能漏出(chu)(chu)(chu)濾(lv)紙(zhi)筒(tong),以免堵塞虹吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan),如果試(shi)樣較輕,可以用脫脂棉壓住試(shi)樣。萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)下端(duan)與(yu)盛有溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)瓶(ping)(ping)相(xiang)連(lian),上面(mian)接回流冷(leng)凝(ning)管(guan)(guan)。用加(jia)熱(re)套(tao)加(jia)熱(re)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)瓶(ping)(ping),使溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)沸騰,蒸汽通過萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)支管(guan)(guan)上升(sheng),被(bei)(bei)冷(leng)凝(ning)后滴(di)入萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong),當溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)面(mian)超過虹吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)最(zui)高(gao)處時,含有萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)物(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)虹吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)回萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)器(qi)(qi),因而萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)一(yi)(yi)部分物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi),如此重復,使固體物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)斷為純的(de)(de)溶(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)所萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)、將萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)富(fu)集在(zai)萃(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)(cui)取(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)瓶(ping)(ping)中(zhong)(zhong)。
4、在萃取用(yong)的(de)燒瓶中(zhong)加(jia)入萃取溶(rong)劑和沸石(沒有沸石可以用(yong)玻璃珠(zhu)或碎(sui)瓷片),目的(de)就是防(fang)止(zhi)暴(bao)沸。
5、 具(ju)體(ti)的回流時間是(shi)不一樣的,有(you)的是(shi)提(ti)(ti)取至提(ti)(ti)取液無色。總之就是(shi)要提(ti)(ti)取。停(ting)止(zhi)加熱,移去(qu)加熱套,冷(leng)卻(que)提(ti)(ti)取液。拆(chai)除索氏萃取器(qi),安裝冷(leng)凝管進(jin)行(xing)蒸餾。
五、加熱套注意事
1、由于玻璃纖維表面涂(tu)有(you)油脂,使用時(shi)要(yao)緩慢升溫,見生白煙(yan)后關(guan)閉電(dian)源,煙(yan)散后在通電(dian)升溫,反復(fu)幾次,直到通電(dian)無(wu)煙(yan)后,即可正式使用。
2、電(dian)熱套內不能進入易(yi)燃、易(yi)爆、具有腐蝕(shi)性液體(ti)或氣體(ti)。電(dian)熱套的相對工作環境(jing)濕度(du)不超過85%。
3、本產品一定(ding)要(yao)接地,存放時要(yao)干(gan)燥(zao)、切勿受潮。如(ru)有(you)潮濕,使(shi)用時應注意(yi)有(you)感(gan)應電,不要(yao)用手觸摸,待其(qi)干(gan)燥(zao)后便(bian)可恢復其(qi)良好的絕緣性能。
